Lazy Healthy Chicken and Broccoli Bake

After reading the title of this recipe, it had to try it to see if it checked out. And it did. This Lazy Healthy Chicken and Broccoli Bake recipe from Recipe Tin Eats has all the feels of comfort cooking with none of the effort.

To make, you’ll start by seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper. You’ll then assemble the baking dish by adding pasta, flour, milk, broth, garlic, and butter. Then you’ll top with chicken and broccoli, and bake in the oven, removing partway to add cheese.

What you’ll Need:

  • 14oz chicken tenderloin/breast

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 8oz spiral pasta

  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

  • 2 cups milk1 garlic clove

  • 1-2 Tbsp butter

  • 1 large broccoli

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Makes 4 servings

Ready in 30 minutes
