One Skillet Mongolian Beef with Broccoli

This One Skillet Mongolian Beef with Broccoli recipe from The Seasoned Mom cooks in one pan and is ready in 20 minutes. I love that it’s loaded with broccoli to keep things balanced, you’ll love how quickly it cooks.

To make, you’ll sauté broccoli over high heat for 1 minute and set aside. Meanwhile, you’ll prepare the sauce by mixing the 5 simple sauce ingredients together.  You’ll cook meat in the same skillet as broccoli, add the sauce, and simmer for 1-2 minutes before adding broccoli back in to coat.

If serving with rice, be sure to start cooking it before you start this quick recipe or you’ll be waiting for it at the end!
