Shrimp and Garlicky Tomatoes with Kale Couscous
This Shrimp and Garlicky Tomatoes with Kale Couscous recipe from Woman’s Day uses simple, whole, and balanced ingredients, and you’ll love that everything cooks in foil packets which makes for a really low effort meal.
To make, you’ll combine couscous with water in a small bowl. You’ll divide the kale between 4 foil squares, followed by couscous, tomatoes, garlic, shrimp, salt and pepper. Each foil packet is roasted or grilled for 15 minutes. Talk about speedy!

2 tbsp EVOO salt and pepper, to taste
