  1. Rodney Curtis says:

I am looking to buy Thats it fruit bar. I am wondering, about the nutritional value of the bars. For example the Apple blueberry bar, is it full of nutrients like blueberry’s or does it lose it’s nutrients when dried out. Do the bars contain vitamin C, K and Maganese? What about the antioxidants?

    1. Hi Rodney.

The company has not included this information on the label so it is difficult to know for sure (the bar would need to be tested in a lab). Generally speaking, fruit has been shown to retain some antioxidant and micronutrient content after being dried so the nutrients found in fresh blueberries/apples are likely still present, but the exact amount is unknown.
