To make, you'll combine couscous with water in a small bowl. You'll divide the kale between 4 foil squares, followed by couscous, tomatoes, garlic, shrimp, salt and pepper. Each foil packet is roasted or grilled for 15 minutes. Talk about speedy!

What you'll Need: 
  • 1 cup couscous

  • 1-5oz package of baby kale

  • 1lb cherry tomatoes

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 20 large shrimp

  • 2 tbsp EVOO salt and pepper, to taste​
