Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Tilapia

This 30-minute Sheet Pan Garlic Butter Tilapia recipe from Damn Delicious does not sacrifice flavour! I love how simple this meal is to make. With minimal chopping and preparation time (I even used frozen fish), this dinner is a perfect weeknight meal.

To make, you’ll whisk together melted butter with garlic, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning. You’ll place the veggies on the sheet pan and season with oil, salt, and pepper, followed by the fish which you’ll drizzle with the butter mixture. The pan will bake for ~12 minutes. Talk about a quick and easy dinner!

What you’ll need:

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1lb asparagus

  • 4 Tbsp olive oil

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • 4-6oz tilapia fillets (or sole)

  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Makes 4 servings.

Ready in 30 minutes.
