Balance Tip: include a side of steamed broccoli for a balanced meal.

To make this 20-minute honey garlic shrimp recipe, you’ll start by whisking the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger together, then marinate the shrimp in this sauce for at least 15 minutes.  Meanwhile, you can prep your rice and broccoli. To make the shrimp, you’ll sauté the marinated shrimp in oil until shrimp is pink and cooked through, about two minutes. That’s it!

What you’ll Need:

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1 tsp minced garlic (we used 1 clove)

  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger

  • 1 lb medium uncooked shrimp

  • 2 tsp olive oil

Makes 4 servings

Ready in 20-Minutes
