Easy One Dish Chicken and Veggie Bake 

There nothing easier than throwing chicken and veggies into a dish with some seasoning and baking it into the oven. This Easy One Dish Chicken and Veggie Bake recipe from Produce For Kids uses simple ingredients (only 6 total!) for a balanced and delicious weeknight dinner the whole family will love!

To make, simply add potatoes, green beans and chicken to a pan. Drizzle with oil, season, and bake until cooked through. It doesn’t get much easier than that. 

 

What you’ll need:

 

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast

  • 1 lb mini potatoes

  • 12oz green beans

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 tbsp herbs de Provence

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp pepper

 

Makes 4 servings

Ready in 50 minutes
