Easy Roast Chicken with Brussels Sprout, Potatoes, and Carrots

For when you’re craving a hearty dinner but don’t want to work for it. This recipe from Delish gives you all the feels from Sunday family dinners without the work. To make, you'll place chicken on a roasting rack with salt, pepper, and thyme. While chicken is cooking, you'll assemble the Brussels sprouts, potatoes and carrots on a second sheet pan with oil, salt, pepper, and thyme. Once the chicken has cooked for 20 minutes you'll add the second sheet pan to the oven to roast until browned.
