Lazy Healthy Chicken Broccoli Pasta Bake

After reading the title of this recipe, we just had to try it to see if it checked out. And it did. This baked pasta dish from RecipeTinEats has all the feels of comfort cooking with none of the effort. Perfect for lazy Sundays.

 

To make, you'll start by seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper. You'll then assemble the baking dish by adding pasta, flour, milk, broth, garlic, and butter. Then you'll top with chicken and broccoli, and bake in the oven, removing partway to add cheese. 

What you'll Need: 
  • 14oz chicken tenderloin/breast

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 8oz spiral pasta

  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

  • 2 cups milk1 garlic clove

  • 1-2 Tbsp butter

  • 1 large broccoli

  • 1 cup shredded cheese

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
