One Pan Honey Garlic Chicken and Veggies

 This One Pan Honey Garlic Chicken and Veggies recipe from Damn Delicious is so simple to make. Simply whisk the honey garlic sauce together, drizzle over chicken, and it basically cooks itself.

This recipe also includes broccoli and potatoes to keep things balanced. What’s not to love?

What you’ll need:

  • 3 tbsp oil

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • 16oz mini red potatoes

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 5 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Makes 4 servings.

Ready in 45 minutes.
