What you'll need:
  • 1 lb small Yukon Gold potatoes

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 2 24 tsp kosher salt

  • 3/4 tsp black pepper

  • 4 6-oz salmon fillets

  • 1 lb broccolini

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 shallot, finely chopped

  • 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
