Try these Easy sautéed Garlic Shrimp when you need a quick protein source for your meal. Flavourful and using only four ingredients, these shrimp are sure to be a staple in your routine.



~20 frozen shrimp, peeled and deveined (31-40 size)

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tbsp lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Thaw frozen shrimp and blot excess liquid with paper towel.
  2. Heat olive oil in a medium pan. Add shrimp and Italian seasoning, and cook shrimp for ~2 minutes per side, or until pink and fully cooked.
  3. In the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic to the pan.
  4. Add the lemon juice just before removing the pan from the heat.


Serve with your favourite recipe or as a side dish with a source of complex carbohydrates and veggies for a balanced meal.
