Need a fast dinner this week? This Easy 20-Minute Sweet Chili Stir-Fry is so quick to make and has all the sweet & spicy vibes you need. The best part is that it comes together in 20-minutes. From-scratch cooking has never been so speedy!



2 chicken breast, sliced into strips 

½ cup rice, cooked 

1 tbsp olive oil

½ cup pineapple pieces

1 package Sugar snap peas, halved 

¼ Red onion, sliced 

1 Red pepper, sliced 

¼ tsp chili flakes 

¼ cup hoisin

2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce

Green onion for serving 

Sesame seeds for serving (optional)


  1. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over med-high heat. Add oil, then sauté chicken until cooked, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add pineapple, snap peas, red pepper, onion, hoisin, sweet chili sauce, and chili flakes.
  3. Continue cooking over med-high heat until vegetables are tender but still crispy, about 6 minutes.
  4. Serve over rice. Top with green onion and sesame seeds.
