This 6-Ingredient One-Pan Sausage and Veggie Bake recipe is perfect for a busy weeknight dinner. Sausage is pre-seasoned so you’ll need fewer ingredients to make this tasty dinner recipe. No need to have tons of seasoning on-hand!

 

This recipe is also loaded with colourful veggies and sweet potato to keep things balanced and can be easily adjusted for larger or smaller servings. All you have to do is toss all of the ingredients into a pan and it basically cooks itself. What’s not to love?

6-Ingredient One-Pan Sausage and Veggie Bake


Description

This one-pan recipe is perfect for a busy weeknight dinner. Sausage is pre-seasoned so you’ll need fewer ingredients to make this tasty dinner recipe. No need to have tons of seasoning on-hand!


Ingredients

2 mild Italian sausages
1 medium sweet potato
1/3 sweet onion
1 red bell pepper
1 small apple
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
2 tbsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Cut sausage, sweet potato, onion, pepper, and apple into bite-size pieces and place into baking dish. Add rosemary and drizzle with oil
  2. Bake at 375 until sausage is cooked and you can pierce sweet potato easily with a fork, about 30 minutes.

Notes

You can swap Italian sausage for chicken or meatless alternative.

Swap sweet potato for halved/quartered mini potatoes.
